The Program Team Lead works closely with administrators, teachers, parents, and students to ensure that there is clear communication for programs to run smoothly and effectively. In addition, A Program Team Lead is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating various initiatives within the TFI organization. In addition, the key responsibilities of a Program Team Lead include monitoring program progress and evaluating outcomes to ensure that programs are meeting their goals and objectives.
