As an IT Application Administrator at Universal Avionics, I leverage my technical knowledge and experience in administering cloud-based systems, applications, and databases to ensure the reliable performance of enterprise applications. I provide application analysis and support to end users, focusing on root cause, system and infrastructure analysis. I also enable best practices and efficient data flows across the Universal Avionics ecosystem of supported apps.In addition to my current role, I have a strong background in project management and manufacturing engineering. I have managed a team of Engineering Technicians, Process Technicians, and Document Control specialists, guiding and mentoring them to develop their communication, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills. I have also been a key functional lead in a major ERP implementation project, ensuring all business needs are covered and supporting the integration efforts with our current software. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona and an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Test, troubleshoot and maintain data, workflows, parameters, custom extensions in lower-level environments. Orchestrate production level changes.
