   Coordinating across functions and organizations both internal and external to SYSCOM has led to timely approval for Family of Systems In-Service Management Plan, User Logistics Support Summaries (ULSS), Fielding Plans, TFSMS and Master Work Schedule submissions, IUID Plans, MPTA Board Recommendations, Supply, Warranty and Modification Instructions. Directing 4 partial training analysis and 2 reliability studies for which I wrote the SOWs, socializing training approach and instructing development of training plans, and generally communicating logistics program with PG-11 SBT, MCCDC CIO, TECOM Training Officer, MCCES Instructors, PG-10 Marine Corps Common Hardware Suite Program Office Staff, Command Transportation Officer, Equipment Specialist and LOGCOM Product Support and Supply Chain Staff. Leading effort to obtain Gaining Command Field Evaluation Reports, complete a support plan and overall Portfolio of Systems Sustainment Support Strategy. Coordinated IROAN Master Work Schedule and 2nd MEB requirements with LOGCOM, SYSCOM AC LCL Staff, SBT, equipment specialists and MCCDC ahead of a successful Depot Level Maintenance Planning Conference, presentation to Strategic Ground Equipment Working Group and prepositioning of equipment for 2nd MEB. Monitor readiness of MARES reportable equipment on a weekly basis.Built relationship with team of senior logisticians as they execute acquisition, general life cycle logistics, fleet supportability strategies and related activities by facilitating them and providing value-added SYSCOM insights, providing near/long term goals and objectives, ensuring team efforts account for DoN, Marine Corps, SYSCOM, PGD requirements and expectations, reviewing their, Project Officers’, and Prime Contractors’ POA & Ms and providing amplifying guidance and direction on deficient logistics areas,(e.g, Written direction to In-Service Engineering Agent – Crane NSWC and adding Technical Manual Contract Requirement to their contract.)
