As an IT Recruiter at TigerConnect, I’ve played a key role in building our team from the ground up during the company’s expansion into Mexico. I was one of the first hires in the region and helped shape critical elements such as interview plans, compensation ranges, and team structures.I\'ve led international recruitment efforts across Mexico, Uruguay, and the United States, working closely with global teams based in the U.S, Mexico, Shanghai, and India. I’m experienced in using ATS platforms like Greenhouse and Workday, managing full-cycle recruiting from defining role scope, writing job descriptions, and setting up interview plans and competencies, to active sourcing, interviews, offer delivery, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.I’ve recruited for a wide range of positions including Software Engineers (frontend, backend), DevOps, SDET, Data Engineers, and Project Managers. I’ve also supported hiring for non-technical roles like Customer Success, Account Executives, Sales, Finance, and Marketing — from entry-level to leadership positions.
