ABOUT JESSY MOHSEN
I\'m a fourth-year Civil & Environmental Engineering student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a primary focus in Construction Management and secondary in Structural Engineering.This summer, I’ve been working on a civil site team where I’ve gotten hands-on experience with grading plans, permitting, detention pond layouts, and prepping pre-construction documents. I’ve learned how to bring designs to life using tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD — and found that I really enjoy 3D modeling and technical design.I’m especially interested in the intersection of engineering design and operations, and how good planning, clear communication, and smart design decisions can make construction more efficient and sustainable.
