Jessica, a senior consultant at Imagine Us, a multi-racial, multi-generational consulting collective working with leaders and organizations committed to the common good. She is a strategist, coach, and trusted advisor to leaders navigating complex organizational change. With a deep commitment to racial equity and justice, she supports unions and progressive organizations in transforming culture, strengthening leadership, and driving lasting structural change. She specializes in ambitious, multi-layered change efforts—whether guiding organizations through internal culture shifts, supporting leadership transitions, or working backwards from a ten-year vision to a fully fleshed out strategic plan.A certified coach and experienced facilitator, Jessica brings a comprehensive approach to organizational transformation. She partners with leaders to clarify their organizational culture goals, build strong internal relationships, and develop strategies that are both practical and visionary. She has a particular knack for working through founder transitions, ensuring leadership shifts not only sustain an organization’s mission but deepen its impact.Her current work includes leading major culture-building initiatives with SEIU Local 2015, Chicago Teachers Union, Washington Education Association, and the Pennsylvania Alliance. With three decades in the social justice movement and nonprofit sector, she has worked at every level of change—from grassroots organizing to national coalition leadership. Before consulting, she spent six years directing a national economic justice program at the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) and played key roles in international movement spaces, including the United Nations world conferences, World Trade Organization ministerials, and global social forums.Jessica holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University and is a certified Professional CoActive Coach. Raised in Seattle and shaped by 18 years in New York City before returning home in 2018, she finds joy in community, movement, and connection—whether that’s Zumba with her neighbors, biking with her husband and teenage son, digging in community garden dirt, or lounging with her pandemic rescue dog.

I am an executive coach with leaders in organizations like MoveOn.org, The Solidarity Center, and Earth Justice.
