   Responsible for overseeing our 6 Recruiting Centers across the United States (Phoenix, Orlando, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Dallas, and Charlotte) that collectively employ over 400 recruiting professionals and serve as the talent engine for our organization. These centers are responsible for hiring and developing a large majority of our company\'s new recruiters, building our leadership pipeline, driving market planning and strategic alignment, and fostering a connection culture rooted in our core values. My role focuses on ensuring these centers deliver an exceptional Day One and Year One experience for our newest hires, accelerate leadership development through structured leadership readiness programs, lead the adoption of new recruiting technologies, and create an environment where high standards, collaboration, and performance drive results. The centers serve as centralized recruiting locations for our organization - the place where we pride ourselves in developing elite recruiters, upskilling recruiting leaders and setting the standard for excellence in recruiting.
