About Jess S.

I am a Clinical Therapist at Ananda Integrative Healing Group, where I provide individual and couples therapy to clients with various mental health and wellness needs. I use evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness, to help clients cope with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenges. I also collaborate with other professionals on the team to provide holistic care. I have a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University and multiple semesters toward a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the same institution. My goal is to apply my knowledge and skills in behavioral health and education to design and deliver effective and engaging programs that promote mental health awareness and prevention in various settings, such as schools, workplaces, and communities. I have a passion for helping others achieve their optimal well-being and potential. I also have certifications in personal training, Gottman leadership, and sex therapy, which enhance my ability to address the physical, emotional, and relational aspects of health and wellness.
