   As part of the newly realigned Global Tracking team at NRG, I provide support on all aspects of our global entertainment content trackers, primarily focusing on the Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) tracker which monitors title and streaming platform trends. I play a key role in all operational functions, including title list management, link checking, questionnaire edits, report design, and analysis. Working collaboratively across our global teams to implement product updates, innovations, and to streamline workflow, I am in close connection with our internal field and data processing teams to ensure projects are being done to spec. I help in crafting thoughtful data-driven insights to team leaders and clients on a variety of entertainment research projects, while staying abreast of entertainment, pop culture, research and media trends.
