   IT Project Manager - New Client Launches and Special Projects• Currently managing 4 large client launches as well as overseeing 4 other smaller launches.• Helped develop a repository of onboarding and training materials for new PMs. Recently provided transitional training to Program implementations PM of all IT PM tasks. Will also provide similar knowledge transfer to Accenture.• Led all major complex launches over the last 6 years which involved coordination of new product functionality, data migration and workstreams.• Coordinated across 3 teams to launch the first set of Lilly programs.• Led 2 IT teams through a 15-month BMS-Celgene launch and migration. • Led a special 9-month project to upgrade to MuleSoft 4 across all applications at AB. • Led the New Launch activities for the Novartis Beovu launch.• Rescued a major vendor/client integration process on schedule.• Led the client, vendor, Operations, and IT to launch over ten major work streams for the new Pfizer Oncology platform.• Restructured a new Valeant product launch to successfully meet more aggressive implementation dates and changes from the client. Worked with SM on sprint planning, standups, and burndown and status reporting.
