In this role I supported People Operations over the course of a number of projects doing administrative working, such as; drafting temp employee contracts, assisting with the processing of payroll, file management and maintenance, as well as workflow automation and optimization. Using Airtable, I created interfaces tailored to different users and created a database for all things related to temp employees and People Operations.

ABOUT JESSICA PARIS
A history of hospitality combined with a love for live music led to the current career path I\'ve been pursuing. After starting out volunteering for my local nightclub and music festivals, I worked my way up to running my own Artist Relations and Hospitality Departments for multiple festivals. Since moving to LA, I’ve started expanding my knowledge and the types of roles I take on on-site. This has led to me conquering new Event types, where I’ve started working award shows and doing logistics/locations. It’s also led to me taking on more site ops/administrative, data, and project management oriented roles; all of which I have enjoyed tremendously and have found a lot of fulfillment from. The biggest thing I’ve learned is that almost all of the skills I’ve picked up over the years can be easily applied to just about any position or role and that’s what has allowed to me crossover in not only departments but also industries as seamlessly as I have. My most recent role at Framework has allowed me to truly lean into this variety of experience; I\'ve been given the opportunity to apply all of the knowledge I\'ve gained the past few years. Event Production only continues to be my passion especially as I learn more and gain insight into new facets of our industry and I\'m shown time and time again the way that my own intuitive ability to view things on both a micro- AND macro-level is truly what helps set myself apart.Now that my time with Framework has come to an end, I’m excited to see what opportunities the future brings!
