Jessica Lamb is a founder and a partnership director with over 11 years of experience in education. She is the founder and CEO of Lamb Consulting LLC, a company that helps school leaders create strong staff cultures and talent systems that increase teacher satisfaction and retention. She is also a partnership director at Equal Opportunity Schools, a nonprofit organization that works to close the opportunity gaps for low-income and students of color in advanced courses. Jessica is passionate about racial equity and expanding access to high-quality education for all students. She has a master\'s degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Kansas and a bachelor\'s degree in history and Spanish from The Ohio State University. She has held various roles as a teacher, instructional coach, Spanish translator, and talent acquisition director. She has led content reviews for math curriculum, coached school leaders on data-driven planning and community engagement, and achieved impressive results in student performance and staff retention. Jessica believes in the power of creating thriving school and staff cultures that support student growth and belonging.

Teach clients about racial equity and importance of expanding access to low-in- come and students of color through school data, cross-department planning, and community engagement. Project manage delivery of Action for Equity model to 14 schools in Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey and New York.
