I have developed and used data reduction pipelines for several ground-based imagers and spectrographs and the 1985 Spacelab 2 Infrared Telescope, which flew on the Space Shuttle, as well as a variety of astronomical utility packages, such as RVSAO to compute redshifts and radial velocities from spectra and WCSTools to translate between image and spatial coordinates, use astronomical catalogs, and manipulate image files.
