Some of my key job duties include:•Independently conduct professional-level, full-cycle recruitment functions, as assigned, including but not limited to conducting recruitment strategy meetings, preparing job announcements, researching and identifying candidate sourcing opportunities, administering assessments, scheduling interviews and/or testing processes, preparing interview and testing materials, facilitating and analyzing background/reference checks to include reviewing records, completing FCRA adverse action notices and regretting applicants by email and phone.•Keep accurate records and files up to date.
