I’m a senior product and platform leader who is most effective when direction matters more than speed.Over 10+ years of platform and product leadership, I’ve been brought into moments of transition — internal startups, platform reinventions, leadership changes, and large-scale systems that were technically strong but organizationally under-aligned. My work focuses on turning complexity into clarity so teams can operate at their highest potential and leadership can invest with confidence.
