I’m a mission-driven program leader with over a decade of experience spanning education, wellness, and systems improvement—always with people at the center. Currently, I serve as an Extension Agent (Wellness in Houston) at Prairie View A&M University’s College of Nursing, where I design and implement community-based health education programs for underserved populations in Harris County and surrounding areas. My work blends outreach, program design, evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration to improve health literacy and access to resources. Before this, my background spans across various areas such as K–12 education where I led learning initiatives, managing a virtual administrative assistance business, and building scalable workflows. As a Certified Scrum Master, I’ve applied Agile methods to drive continuous improvement, strengthen collaboration, and deliver real impact in both education and service-based environments.
