Accountable for the entire project lifecycle for internal and client-facing initiatives: develops project estimates, associated project plans, and owns the day-to-day operations to ensure that projects remain on track and within budget\\\\n- Leads project updates for internal status meetings: captures notes, assigns action items to team members and owns all necessary follow-up\\\\n- Relays clear and specific expectations, timelines, priorities, challenges, and new developments in detail to key internal and external team members/parties. Communicates issues and change orders to leadership\\\\n- Own daily project plan components, including task estimation, resource allocations, and new work requests\\\\n- Comes from a place of perpetual learning, always seeking to improve and optimize processes, develop new ones, and participate in the overall growth of the department and agency\\\\n- Works to reduce/eliminate scope creep by ensuring that projects remain within parameters identified in the scope of work\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
