Currently working as Campaign Manager where I co-ordinate with agencies across South East Asia region helping them with creating media plans/sharing inventory estimates which helps advertisers in media planning, media buying, and execution of digital marketing strategies- Working with LCS clients under different verticals such as Pharma, Technology, eCommerce, Travel, etc. in driving adoption of Google solutions- Managing relationships with LCS clients by educating them about YouTube products under Reservation platform, mobile, video and display marketing- Working with Agency and C level client\'s to help them achieve digital marketing goals via video ads marketing in YouTube reserve domain- Connecting with the sales on a quarterly basis in order to understand the client\'s requirement and requesting them to share insights for the upcoming quarter- Sharing the market insights received from Sales with SME and Team Lead and preparing a POA in order to provide support for any upcoming critical launch- Reviewing agents occupancy by pulling advertiser trends and assigning them the new advertiser based on the bandwidth- Assisting newbies in understanding process workflow by training them on complex methodologies and sharing quality tips for error free campaigning, to improve CSAT and to avoid DSAT- Sharing weekly markets insights with Workflow Manager for newsletter by highlighting week on week contribution by each market (AU/NZ,SEA & IN)- Performing Root Cause Analysis for the Escalations and DSAT received by determining 5 why\'s to find out the root factors causing the issue- Assisting in operational tasks such as Business Continuity planning by creating documentation to identify risks and provide solutions for better support.
