I conduct in-office training, workflow analysis, and performance reviews to identify opportunities within existing patient bases and help practices build highly productive, system-driven hygiene departments. Through hands-on implementation and team coaching, I help practices convert untapped patient opportunities into consistent hygiene production and restorative diagnosis while creating a stronger, more organized clinical and administrative workflow.
