About Jessi Harvey

I have experience and understanding of the trends, challenges, technology, and technical components of managing and maximizing employees. Data and innovation have allowed HR to have better insights. However, there still needs to be a focus on the personalization of how HR interacts with its employees. My approach is to use data-driven insights to improve how we personalize each employee\'s experience. Additionally, my experience in recruiting has allowed me to improve the overall hiring process and limit dependence on 3rd parties. My background in recruiting has also allowed me to not only streamline how a business attracts talent, but lead successful engagement strategies directed at increasing retention. The majority of businesses will tell you their most valuable asset is their people. I would agree, and my role is to facilitate organizational efficiency that puts its people first. Aligning the objectives of the business to the purposes of the individual is the goal. I am passionate about how Human Resources can positively impact a business and its role in fostering and enabling high-performance teams and individuals. I believe that Human Resources should be a business asset and brand ambassador. Balancing the processes, technology, standards, and procedures while creating the most value for the business and the individual is where I excel.
