   Serve as the single point of contact for all physician recruitment activities. Execute full-cycle recruitment activities according to the medical staff development plan / physician needs assessment. Partner with executive leaders to ascertain a clear understanding of position requirements and departmental goals so that recruitment efforts are directed appropriately. Lead the development and implementation of creative recruitment and sourcing strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit and select highly qualified, diverse candidates. Prospect and acquire leads, screen candidates for fit, coordinate site visits. Build relationships with existing medical staff and involve them in the recruitment process. Employ skillful screening and interviewing techniques to ensure candidates meet prescribed qualifications and characteristics. Ensure candidates have a high-touch and organized experience including the provision of information about UNC Health Nash and the local area; development of interview and visit itineraries; coordination of travel arrangements; responsiveness to candidate inquiries; extension and negotiation of formal job offers; facilitation of contracts and execution of all terms (bonuses, etc); onboarding; and closure of recruitment process. Utilize an applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and current tracking of all recruitment. Submit monthly report to leadership. Meet regularly with Nash leadership and Network Recruitment staff to ensure recruitment efforts are prioritized and fully executed. Provide offer recommendations to leadership based on policy, market data and internal equity. Report professional observations, candidate feedback, and workflow optimization needs to leadership. Engage with the local community in order to maintain appreciation of educational, recreational and cultural resources that may be of interest to candidates. Collaborate with organizations and peers for professional development.
