Conducts client interviews and performs comprehensive needs assessments (CNA) to evaluate work history, education, career aspirations, job readiness, interests, skills, and aptitudes.• Identifies and addresses barriers to employment for clients, offering suitable recommendations and solutions.• Provides personalized job coaching, counseling, and mentoring to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds with complex barriers.• Documents client progress and milestones meticulously within the Integrated Case Management (ICM) database.• Assists clients in achieving job readiness by coordinating further education opportunities, researching funding options, and facilitating education funding applications.• Develops and implements action plans while closely monitoring progress to support clients in securing sustainable employment.• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of local labor market trends, community resources, and the needs of both job seekers and employers, facilitating effective bridging of their respective requirements.
