   As the Athletics Director for Auburn University at Montgomery, Jessie Rosa led the institution through a 3-yea transition process from NAIA to NCAA Division II and also led the navigation of the department’s operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. During her tenure she enhanced the department established an annual capital campaign, initiated and completed multiple capital improvement projects, grew the staff by adding coaching, academic support and support positions. With over 17 years of experience in college athletics administration, her focus as a consultant with Mammoth Sports Consulting is to provide clients with guidance and insight as it relates to strategic planning, internal communication and leadership development.
