When I was 8 years old, I pulled the 15 kids in my neighborhood together and convinced them that if we started a lemonade stand on the bike trail behind my house and all worked hard all summer, we could afford a giant trampoline for the neighborhood. We united behind this mission, opened our lemonade stand, created flyers, expanded our product line, and spent our summer working shifts to generate the money we needed to buy our trampoline by August. We had it by July. Since then, I have known it was my passion and my calling to unite people to work hard for a common goal that not only helped me become better, but fostered the growth of others and benefited them as well. I believe that when people are working together behind a common goal, in their strength or genius zone, and are empowered to make decisions and take action, powerful things can happen. I have utilized the skills of team development and building, powerful collaboration and mastermind groups, marketing research and strategy, recruiting, creating strategic community partnerships, networking, excellent customer service, and community action to take my business to new levels. In 2010, I started with one location and had me on my team. Fast-forward to 2023, and I have created a business that does over a million dollars of revenue a year across multiple areas with a team of over 300 people.    As program lead of Power teacher training, Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training, and Boot Camp, it was my job to generate leads for the program, enroll them, and then facilitate the program. I effectively hit my goals and lead an engaging program. As an instructor of yoga and yoga sculpt, I lead students through a 60-minute heated yoga class, providing motivation and safety cues throughout class in order to strengthen the physical and mental well-being of each student. I develop thoughtful sequences that build on a foundation of safety and strength building.
