Main point of contact for all network sites for network and JIT questions, liaising with and escalating to appropriate teams to respond and resolve questions. Follow up and close issue status with investigators to ensure awareness of resolution- Identify new network sites by appropriately qualifying targeted sites, up to and including network evaluation assessments virtually or onsite-Establish a transparent working relationship with PI’s, Sub-I’s and staff at sites to move efficiently through selection, startup, maintenance and close out - Provide input to network strategy/planning and site recommendation through intimate understanding of network sites, processes and practices, and associated site performance metrics- Lead study start-up activities at the site level for JIT studies, including management of issues that may compromise time to site activation, review of key documents (e.g, informed consents, essential documents, IRB review, master CTA work order and budget- Manages a JIT project as a project manager overseeing network site performance and identification of potential subjects, and ensures compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements during site activation process- Acts as primary liaison between the company and the customer to ensure timely study initiation and enrollment on JIT studies according to the customer’s and the company’s contractual agreement, ensuring satisfaction levels are met and statuses of deliverables are communicated effectively.
