After 20 years of honorable military service, I’m deeply grateful for the experiences I gained and for the leaders, mentors, and teammates who shaped my growth. I began my career as a mechanic and took pride in diagnosing problems, building reliable solutions, and keeping critical equipment mission-ready so people could perform at their best.I also served as a recruiter—work I genuinely loved. I thrive on prospecting, building targeted pipelines, establishing rapport with people from all backgrounds, and guiding candidates through a structured, high-trust interview process. I’m most effective when expectations are clear, and decisions are decisive. I bring a sales-minded approach grounded in storytelling, active listening, and addressing misconceptions with empathy and precision. Beyond recruiting, my military career allowed me to lead as a Program/Project Manager and Safety Manager, strengthening my ability to drive performance, manage risk, and deliver results.At some point, I\'d like to be part of my community and give back. In the past, I\'ve done free photoshoots for high schoolers, churches, and families that need a hand. I\'ve helped organize hot meals for those in need and trash pick-up around my community. Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness (home gym training) and photography—I shoot Canon, and I shoot RAW. My ideal role is with a team that values excellence, competes to win, and empowers me to bring my full skill set while creating more time for family and continuing to grow my professional impact.
