I also facilitate vendor and contract work by coordinating across visual departments, Finance, Legal, and external partners to keep budgets, timelines, and decisions aligned. Alongside executive support, I manage vendor relationships, monitor spend, and drive process improvements—most notably leading a multi-vendor audit and renegotiation that generated $275K+ in annual savings.
