Direct activities to install or modify equipment following proper codes, manuals, schematic diagram, and other specifications of the Coated Products Division. Work directly with all Electrical and Operations Personnel in a fast paced environment to develop a safety focused and productive team to maintain a positive and efficient working environment focused on safety and reliability. Provide support to the Department Manager in facilitating a seamless working relationship between all members of the company as well as contractors. Supervise and development of a work safety program, PM System, Personnel Training Program, and equipment spares. Help monitor and maintain monthly cost objectives for the Coated Products Division at Big River Steel.
