As Vice President of Product, I lead the vision and execution of our K–12 curriculum-aligned math offerings, ensuring that our materials are impactful and effective. I oversee two specialized math curriculum adaptation sub-teams - Elementary and Secondary - who work collaboratively to design content that meets the diverse needs of students and educators.In this role, I- Lead the end-to-end development of high-quality, curriculum and standards-aligned courses for elementary and secondary education- Oversee product testing and iterative prototyping directly in school environments, using real-time feedback to refine and enhance learning experiences- Manage two cross-functional curriculum development teams focused on innovation, efficacy, and learner outcomes- Collaborate with our Program team to support over 400 educators in our Math Mentorship Program, ensuring seamless integration of product and practice- Built and continue to oversee our content development pipeline, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency from ideation to classroom implementation.
