I\'m Jessie Gloria, a passionate and results-driven Social Worker specializing in Community Development. My foundation includes a Master\'s in Social Work and a Bachelor\'s in English Language and Literature from Madras Christian College.With robust field experience in both India and the U.S, I am deeply committed to driving sustainable, grass-roots change for marginalized and vulnerable communities. My expertise spans advocacy, sustainable development, and empowerment initiatives across diverse settings.Key Highlights:Specialized Experience: Completed a dual block internship in the U.S. and a Rural Social Work course at the University of Michigan, focusing on policy and interventions for rural poverty.
