Working for Conduent GHS for the MO Medicaid account for the past 16 years. Came from the provider side so I understand the provider viewpoint as well as Medicaid\'s. Have a varied and solid background in healthcare. Started as a FT ER Tech in a trauma center, picked up QA/QI, then moved to Trauma Registrar, next worked as Practice Manager for an Outpatient Surgery Center before deciding to explore life outside of the hospital/clinic environment. Switched to Pharmacy Tech in a LTC/Retail environment, specializing in obtaining Drug PA for Medicaid, Med D, and Private Insurance Patients, worked fill line, med reconciliation, billing/collecitons, etc. prior to accepting the Provider Outreach Trainer positioin with ACS (now Conduent) in 2006. I\'m currently the overall SME for CyberAccess and have gained a lot of behind the scenes experience working closely with our Client, DEV, and management to resolve issues, provide End User point of view when developing new modules and am a strong advocate both for the Client and the Provider Community. I also maintain the UAT, TEST, and DEV environments to ensure QA has valid data available for their Test Cases. I perform a variety of Audits for our PROD environment to ensure security/integrity of our too. I enjoy triaging/investigating/resolving issues. I have many skills that are transferrable to other industries but Healthcare/IT is my primary field of expertise.
