I\'m a Senior Associate in the Corporate team at TLT LLP, based at HQ in Bristol. I specialise in mergers, acquisitions, investments, disposals and group re-organisations. I work with a wide range of clients, from individual entrepreneurs and start-ups, to large private companies and listed PLCs. I work on both UK based transactions and deals with an international element, across a variety of sectors. I have been appointed as an Innovation Champion for the firm - exploring emerging technologies, refining current processes and championing new ideas to help us improve the way we deliver transactions and other corporate services to our clients.
