I\'m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior HR Business Partner with 10+ years of experience helping organizations grow, lead better, and take care of their people — all at the same time.Throughout my career I\'ve partnered with VP+ leaders across GTM, Client Operations, Sales, and G&A functions to tackle the things that actually move the needle: organizational design, talent calibration, succession planning, complex employee relations, and building cultures where people genuinely want to stay.
