Rowling and the publisher of the renowned Harry Potter books against claims of trademark and copyright infringement;*Representing the successors to Margaret Mitchell in their controversial copyright case against the author and publisher of The Wind Done Gone, an alleged parody of Gone With the Wind; and*Representing the author and publisher of 60 Years Later: Coming Through the Rye against a copyright infringement claim brought by J.D.
