   HR WORK- Build and maintain cross functional partnerships with client groups that have included (Facebook App, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Infrastructure, and Privacy)- Review performance review packets and sit in calibrations for admins within client groups acting as a subject matter expert on performance and promotion - Act as consultant in strategic implementation of administrative support models, talent mapping, succession planning, scope review, and career growth for the global admin community in close partnership with Finance, HR, and Leadership - Primary contact for managers and admins on any staffing questions, education of process/program, and general guidelines on other admin related questions - Advise managers on admin career expectations, scope and responsibilities by Admin level, and provide company-wide examples DEI WORK- Built DEI Programming for 1,300+ Global Admin Org across Meta - Launched 4 Business Resource Groups within Meta including: Black@Admin, Latin@Admin, API@Admin, and Pride@Admin building best practices, resources, procuring budget, and providing framework and structure for groups Partnered with Recruiting Insights and Admin Ops Team to launch first ever Global Admin DE & I Survey which included:+ Building survey framework, questions, and ways in which to measure results + Communicated out results to Global Admin Community by creating a digestible one pager breakdown and 3 focus areas to pair with actionable goals - Launched Survey for 2 consecutive years afterwards with above actions repeated - Created and co-hosted Community listening sessions during important moments for our Admin Resource Groups - Partnered with recruiting to host Referral Drives for Admin Resource Groups - Hosted DEI Recruiting overview with VP of recruiting and Director of Diversity Recruiting - Present on DEI Goals and Accomplishments to Global Admin All-Hands - Hosted discussion on inclusion and authentic self at Latin@ Admin Circle
