Lead Product Designer with 12+ years of experience owning product design end-to-end in B2B SaaS. I work at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, and design, bringing systems-level thinking to products that need to scale without breaking. I build design infrastructure from scratch: token-based design systems, accessibility frameworks, and handoff standards that get adopted across product, engineering, and marketing. My approach to WCAG, ADA, and EAA compliance goes beyond checklists. When an agency rebrand proposal introduced accessibility failures, I identified them, made the case for revisions, and the corrected palette became the company\'s primary brand color standard. I influence product decisions upstream, partner with engineering and product leadership on roadmap priorities, and maintain quality from concept to production.
