Reviews development review plans and permit applications for consistency with the Comprehensive Plan, Calvert County Transportation Plan and applicable Town Center Master Plans. Drafts the Consolidated Transportation Program letter, justifications and applications on behalf of local officials for consideration for capital funding to the Secretary of the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT).
