At World Wildlife Fund, I oversee our team\'s strategic and programmatic initiatives to attract and retain talent, including those who have never worked in the sustainability or conservation sector. I lead and advise various team projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders within our business operations and scientific program teams.My superpowers include: using innovative and inclusive approaches to project management, seeding and sustaining connective networks, and holding a strong record of excellence in the work I commit to.I previously worked in the nonprofit and private sectors specializing in electricity and thermal energy, transportation, and buildings. I collaborated with companies striving to reduce their environmental impact, published papers and blogs on technical and policy issues, and convened stakeholders with policymakers to advance action in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. I am passionate about helping young people navigate their career options and providing them tools to thrive in their respective fields. My aim is to translate the knowledge I\'ve accumulated from my experiences and networks to support them on their respective journeys.
