Lead end-to-end campaign development for one of the nation’s largest healthcare programs, reaching more than 6 million Medicaid members annually across 32 states and Washington, D.C.• Supported the creation of Medicaid’s C&S Value Proposition and messaging framework and led the 2025 Always-On campaign across 22 markets, unifying brand voice and simplifying healthcare topics through culturally relevant, multi-channel storytelling during a time of heightened public scrutiny.• Deliver concept-driven campaigns across video, digital, social, and print, supporting measurable growth in member digital adoption, including 9.5% text opt-in (up 2 pts since Dec. 2024) and 30.6% digital registration (up 2.6 pts).• Directed photo and video creative for a Texas Medicaid campaign, driving 160M+ impressions, 1M+ website clicks, and a 534% YoY increase in enrollment page views; campaign helped grow self-select members from 2,678 to 13,885.• At start of tenure, built and led an RFP creative team, expanding from a single designer to a team of five. Developed and championed a creative value story and training program, presenting to 100+ stakeholders prior to each bid, contributing to a high win rate and retained revenue.• Build and lead the in-house Medicaid creative team, expanding from 4 to 6 creatives, maintaining 100% retention and promoting talent through mentorship. Foster a collaborative, positive culture focused on creativity and inclusion.• Regularly present creative strategy and campaign insights to leadership, marketing partners, and governance boards, championing the needs and voice of the consumer.• Drive operational improvements by implementing digital-first workflows, modernizing file systems, and introducing Workfront.• Lead the implementation of writer.com and AI-assisted tools, bringing key work in-house and generating significant cost savings.
