About Jessica Woller-Degennaro

My expertise is in leading through transformation. I have over 20 years experience leading people through significant change - as a leader of leaders and an organizational change manager. I have played a key role throughout multiple integrations and two ERP migrations, and have built several successful teams from the ground up. My superpower is getting in on the ground floor of a new team or new organization and helping the team grow and thrive. I work well on a lean team and have a hands on \"do what it takes\" attitude. I check my stripes at the door and you will never hear me say,\"that\'s not my job\". In my current role, I am a Senior Organizational Change Manager at Univar Solutions, a global leader in chemical and ingredient distribution. I am Prosci certified and apply the methodology to manage change on multiple complex change initiatives with significant cultural impact. I also play a key role in standing up the Change Management Center of Excellence to increase the change maturity of our global organization. I love learning and helping others learn. There\'s nothing more rewarding that watching someone\'s \"lightbulb\" come on. I teach regular classes on Change Leadership for people leaders and Experiencing Change for individual contributors. As part of our award-winning Customer Experience team, I recently led a project to build a training program to improve responsiveness that led to a significant increase in customer satisfaction and reaching our Net Promoter Score (NPS) goal. I am passionate about working cross-functionally and connecting people. I am curious and tend to color outside of the lines. I seek to be well-informed and understand fully and I excel at building relationships as a result.
