With over a decade at CIBC, Jessica has fostered professional relationships that have enabled her to create and deliver impact for the bank across various lines of businesses. She began her career at the Banking Centre, working closely with our clients and gaining a deep understanding of our retail processes and banking products. Leveraging her frontline experience, Jessica transitioned to Digital Commerce, where she developed strategies to promote digital adoption and engagement, and executed Paid Media strategies. She also had the opportunity to join the Enterprise Innovation team, where she explored emerging trends and technologies, applied corporate strategy, collaborated with industry leaders and business partners, and developed end-to-end enterprise solutions.
