About Jessica Toren

As a part of the LinkedIn Learning Solutions team, I have the opportunity to fulfill LinkedIn\'s mission each day by helping organizations create world-class cultures of learning that drive employee development and company success. With almost eight years of experience in the eLearning SaaS space, I began my career in support, where I developed a passion for showing others how learning was exciting, could be tailored to the individual, and was available in formats to meet the on-demand, dynamic nature of our world. With six years in a quota-carrying position, I love learning about my clients\' business priorities, needs, and their organizational DNA so I can recommend a resource that will provide meaningful impact. My ability to leverage solutions-selling strategies led me to exceed my annual goal every year while also developing strong, long-term relationships with clients. Currently, I lead Learning Solutions\' first Nonprofit-dedicated team. We focus on supporting our nonprofit partners and their talent development objectives to help them drive mission-level social impact. When not working with companies and NPOs to build successful learning cultures, I spend time with my husband and daughter, and enjoy home improvement projects, hiking, working in our vegetable garden, reading, and beach days at our beautiful southern California coast. I\'m also an accomplished baker (thanks, Grandma Betty) and have a reputation for making fantastic chocolate chip cookies.
