1. Senior Editor, Writer, and Content Strategist

   Slack

   Oct 2018 — Present

   Crafting Slack case studies that center around interviews and the customer story, and how Slack helps companies like HubSpot, Cole Haan, Hearst Magazines, Target and Vodafone operate more efficiently. I have written 26 stories for a total of almost page views.• Working collaboratively with Slack’s EMEA and North American customer marketing managers and designers to edit new stories, manage timelines with writers, address customer feedback, and ensure we are always telling stories that shine a light on the customer.• Wrote the Modern incident response ebook for Slack, collaborating with content marketing and design to bring together an engaging narrative that pulls from customer stories to inform the reader that there’s really only one option when it comes to an effective incident response (Slack!).• My work with Slack includes stories that highlight how companies like TIBCO and Square reacted to Covid-19 and leveraged Slack to shift to a remote workplace that keeps employees safe and continues to moves the business forward.
