About Jessica Summers
Hello, I am Senior Manager, Workforce Solutions at symplr. symplr is committed to improving healthcare operations through its cloud-based solutions. With deployments in 9 of 10 U.S. hospitals, we are driving better operations for better outcomes. In my role, I utilize compassion, accountability, and collaboration to lead the Smart Square Support and Workforce Optimization teams. I focus on a client-first mindset and lead with a \"yes\" mentality. I work with my teams to create efficient processes and workflows to best support our clients and internal team members, while improving our technology by sharing the client voice with product.I launched my career in healthcare through marketing, client services, and technical support. During my time at Avantas, LLC, we were acquired by AMN Healthcare where I began managing teams, and found my passion to lead and support individual contributors. I have over 10 years experience in healthcare solutions and technology.I earned a BA in Psychology and a MBA with concentration in Healthcare Management. I enjoy volunteering in my free time through a variety of organizations, most recently serving on the Friends Board at Children\'s Hospital of Omaha. I live in Omaha, NE with my husband, three young children and Bernedoodle.
