About Jessica Striebich
Drawing on two decades of experience, my professional journey is fueled by an enduring curiosity, a ceaseless creative spirit, and a commitment to continuous learning. My career began in marketing and graphic design, evolving into service and experience design, research, and strategy. I\'ve had the privilege of contributing to a diverse array of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, climate action, and consumer goods.The Master of Design (MDes) program at the Institute of Design proved instrumental in shaping my design philosophy and approach, embedding principles of human-centeredness, systems thinking, and innovation as foundational tenets.I naturally excel at exploration and experimentation – I embrace new approaches, learn by prototyping, and consistently evolve ideas, concepts, and strategies as projects move forward. I am a consummate service designer in how I tackle projects, consistently zooming in on details and zooming out to the big picture to ensure every touchpoint in an experience cohesively supports the ideal journey and overarching goals. Distilling complexity to provide clarity, often through visual communication, is a cornerstone of my practice.My path has also included periods away from conventional professional settings, focused on personal well-being and family care. While these experiences were distinct from my professional roles, they have undeniably broadened my perspective and rekindled a lifelong passion for creative expression. I am now bringing together my professional expertise, personal insights, and creative drive to forge new paths.
