About Jessica Steinman
I work for Pender Capital, a nationwide commercial and multifamily bridge lender. We specialize in commercial real estate loans ranging from $1-20 million. We are different from others in our industry because we have the ability to fund loans extremely quickly, we will lend based on the future value of value-add properties, and will accept existing appraisals based on an internal review. We have been able to fund deals in under 4 days! My home office is in Dallas, TX but I am also assigned the Houston area and travel South once a month. I enjoy networking and getting to know everyone who plays in the commercial real estate arena. Given my background in hospitality, I have huge respect for customer service and the ability to communicate both professionally and with an open mind. Using these, I am able to develop long-lasting relationships with both my clients and other lenders.
