About Jessica Schierschmidt

My background is different than a lot of enablement professionals. I made the jump to sales enablement after 10+ years of working in advertising and digital marketing. It was terrifying taking on a new challenge but something that I dove into head-first. I\'ve been able to take my love of customer engagement, analytics, strategy, and content creation and apply it to the world of sellers.I develop and provide enablement services and strategies – training, coaching, content and technology - that helps sellers succeed. I always say the best part of my job is being able to work with our sellers on a daily basis. Sales professionals are fun, energetic and always have a story to tell!While I\'ll always be drawn to marketing and all things social media, it\'s extremely gratifying equipping sellers with the tools they need. I still get to wear my marketing hat, I just use it through a different lens, ensuring we create an unforgettable experience for KI’s clients.Side note: I\'m a pop culture junkie who wishes she had more time to write. I love getting outdoors with my family and am overly proud to be a Wisconsin Alum. Go Badgers!
