Paycom is a comprehensive HR & Payroll software that digitally transforms your workplace, all from a single database. The Project Manager leads the implementation by partnering with Outside Sales Reps and Setup Specialists to deliver excellent customer service and reach company goals. In my role as a Senior Transition Specialist, I work directly with 8-10 companies per quarter ranging from health centers, real estate developers, and non-profits to train on payroll, HR products and reporting needs. With each client I layout a project timeline with deadlines, tasks, and whose responsible. I consult with Executive leadership and the external implementation team made up of 2-15 people to map their current business goals, how to streamline operations and bring their companies into HR compliance. In addition, I work with the internal team of 20 people including tax, banking, setup specialist and sales to ensure the Go-Live date is met through consistent/effective communication. My goal is to provide excellent customer service while helping businesses reach their objectives. Selected Achievements: • Maintained an average Client Usage Score of 99%, exceeding the company goal of 97% • Earned TSR of the West Region in June 2022 • Selected for the Process Committee to identify pain points and create solutions. We presented our findings to Senior Leadership and then trained on improvements during our national department call to implement • Promoted to Senior role 9 months after being hired, exceeding the national average of a year and a half
