As Neptune\'s UX Designer, my focus is empathizing and advocating for our customers needs to ensure the best user experience with Neptune’s desktop and mobile applications- Designing wireframes, user flows, lo/hi-fi mockups in Figma and Miro. Creating interactive prototypes with Figma and InVision- Leading design studios with Product and Dev teams to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility- Authoring user interview scripts, leading remote and in-person user interviews, and performing usability testing- Conducting UX Workshops to promote understanding and importance of user experience in product design- Developed Neptune’s Design System in Figma for mobile and desktop layouts, technical style guide, component library, and custom iconography created in Adobe Illustrator. The introduction of a design system established UX best practices and heuristics with emphasis on reusable design patterns.
