Hi, I’m Jess. I love building things: teams, brands, lead gen engines, and always good vibes.I’ve spent the last decade in sales and marketing, so I understand and am passionate about both sides. I have international sales experience selling to C-level executives. I\'ve led and built out high-performing teams, created full-funnel marketing strategies, and redesigned websites that look beautiful - but more importantly convert. I don\'t claim to be an SEO expert, but I know enough to be dangerous, so if you want to talk schema, robots.txt, or H1 tags I\'m here for it.I’ve also been invited to speak at conferences, guest lecture at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and facilitate leadership sessions for all kinds of teams. As a speaker, my sessions are interactive, collaborative, and full of real-time application. And the feedback? Outside of work, I love to travel, visit the best local restaurants or breweries, volunteer with my therapy dog Steele, and toodle around my local Trader Joe\'s. I technically surpassed my reading goal of this year, though most of them were children’s books I’ve read to my son on repeat. I’ve joined the sourdough gang, love testing out new recipes, and never turn down a patio happy hour with friends.
